Ronald "Scott" Duncan

Ronald “Scott” Duncan, age 54, of Taylorsville, Kentucky passed away September 13, 2024, at Baptist Health - Louisville. Scott was born in Louisville, Kentucky on July 20, 1970, to Ronson and Pamela (Mortenson) Duncan. 

He was preceded in death by his mother, Pamela, and sister, Kimberly Duncan.

Scott was a retiree of the U.S Coast Guard, with over 20 years of service. 

He loved watching movies (Sci-Fi and Horror), attending rock concerts, and all things Dungeon & Dragons. 

He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

He is survived by his loving wife, Carissa (McCorkle) Duncan; son, Brandon Duncan; father, Ronson Duncan; sister, Kristin Dawn; and a host of extended family and friends.

A memorial visitation will be at the in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home-Mt. Washington (Hwy. 44 East at 123 Winning Colors Drive) on Saturday, September 21,2024 from 2:00pm -5:00pm.
