Ronald Wesley Mahaffey

I am greatly sorry to inform you, but I, Mr. Ronald “Wesley” Mahaffey of Mount Washington, KY have unfortunately passed away at my home on October 19, 2022, with my 7 precious fur-babies at my side.

I have dedicated my life to building a beautiful home alongside my husband Michael, and our 5 dogs (Lady, Willy, Buddy, Mickey, and Lexie) and our 2 cats (Toby and Baby). I have been a member of the team at Norton Healthcare Gastroenterology Consultants for the last 4 years of my life, and also with the styling crew at Great Clips for the last 10 years.

I am survived by my exceptional and loving parents, Ronald and Amy Mahaffey, the best sister I could’ve asked for, Haley (Michael) Mahaffey, my soon to be nephew, MJ, my grandma Mary Rose Mahaffey my aunts and uncles whom I adored:

my mother-in-law, Debbie (Karry) Jones, my brother and sister-in-law, Angela & Richie Hayes and my nephew Maddox, in addition to an enormous number of important people I was proud to call my family and truest friends.

I am preceded in death by my wonderful husband Michael Wright Jr., my father-in-law Michael Wright Sr., as well as my dearest aunt Ronda Rose Mahaffey.

My memorial services will be as follows:

The celebration of my life will be at the Schoppenhorst Underwood & Brooks Funeral Home, 123 Winning Colors Dr., Mt. Washington, KY 40047 at 7pm on Thursday, October 27,2022 cremation to follow. Family and friends may pay their respects on Thursday from 1pm until 7pm, at the funeral home.
