Steven Eugene Nelson

Steven Eugene Nelson, age 72, of Jeffersonville, Indiana returned to his Heavenly Father on Saturday, February 20, 2021.  Steven was born in Los Angelas, California on October 20, 1948 to the late Delbert and Eliane “Payne” Nelson. He is preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Dennis Nelson. He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife, Virginia Loya; sons, Danny Nelson (Heather) and Chris Nelson (Deanna); step-daughters, Tammy Linck (Mark) and Gayle Vissing (Danny); 4 grandchildren, Rachel Nelson, Haley Nelson, Allen-Michael, and Christopher; brothers, Brian Nelson and Kenneth Nelson (Mary); and a host of other family and friends. Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 28, 2021 at Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.). Friends and Family may pay their respects on Sunday from 4pm until 8pm at the funeral home.
