

Mrs. Susan Ross Vivian White, age 60, of Versailles, returned to her Heavenly Father on Friday, September 6, 2013 while surrounded by loved ones and friends. Sister White was a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, where she served in many positions of responsibility in her Father's Kingdom, including service as the Stake Primary President, Young Women's President, Homemaking Leader, Relief Society 1st Counselor, Gospel Doctrine Teacher, early morning Seminary Teacher for a decade and Girl's Camp Cook. Her favorite part of life was to be with her family.
Among those who preceded her in death include, her father-in-law, Marion White.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her loving husband, Stephen E. White; children, Cory White (Lori), Chad White (Adrienne), Lindsey Wilson (Ken), Shane White (Stacey), and Clay White (Shayla); 22 grandchildren; her parents, Richard and Janice Vivian; mother-in-law, LaVerda White; siblings, Carol Peterson (Kent), Tim Vivian (Dawn), Rachel Ciarlante (Allen), Tom Vivian (Cara), Jessica Quire (Kevin) and a host of nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
Funeral Service will be conducted on Monday, September 9, 2013 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints Frankfort Chapel (101 Bogie Lee Ave.) with burial in New Liberty Cemetery (Edmonson County).
Friends may pay their respects on Sunday at Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (4895 N. Preston Hwy., Shepherdsville) from 4:00pm until 8:00pm and on Monday at the LDS Frankfort Chapel from 10:00 am until the time of service.
