Vickie Lynn “Childers” Decker, age 64, of Okolona, Kentucky returned to her Heavenly Father on Monday, March 21, 2022. Vickie was born in Hindman, Kentucky on March 21, 1958 to the late Grover and Myrtle Combs Childers. She is preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Lindsay Decker; sister, Keila Childers. She leaves to cherish her memory her husband, Gary L. Decker; son, Josh Decker (Leanne); brother, Rick Chenault; grandson, Logan Decker; granddaughter, Delaina Decker; and a host of friends. Funeral service will be held at 12 pm on Saturday, March 26, 2022, in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) with burial in Brookland Cemetery. Visitation will be on Saturday from 10 am until time of service at the funeral home.
