Virginia "Sissy" Nell Hunt Blankenship

Mrs. Blankenship was born in Muhlenburg, County, Kentucky to the late Lucian and Catherine Hunt.

Among those who preceded her in death include, her parents; one brother, John Hunt and one sister, Peggy Laughlin.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, Eugene Blankenship; daughters, Tammy Black (Ross) and Cathy Henon and her daughter (Misty); son, Timothy Blankenship (Cathy); five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; brother, Joe Hunt; sisters, Jeannie Miller and Joann Wilson and a host of other family and friends.

Funeral service will be conducted at 12:00 Noon on Monday, April 8, 2013 at Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Highway at Brooks Road) with interment in Bethany Memorial Cemetery. Friends may pay their respects on Saturday and Sunday from 1:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Schoppenhorst.
