Vivian L. (Evans) Smith

Mrs. Vivian L. (Evans) Smith, age 76, of Shepherdsville, KY returned to her Heavenly Father on May 31, 2016. Mrs. Smith retired as a medical transcriptionist at Norton Southwest Hospital and was a secretary of the Monongalia County Sheriff's Office. Among those that preceded her in death include her parents, Leslie and Emma (Davis) Evans; and husband, James L. Smith. She leaves to cherish her memory her children, Leslie Smith and wife Arlene, James Smith and wife Tierria, and Timothy Smith; grandchildren, Andrew, Randall, Patrick and Jamie Smith; great-grandchildren, Brayden and Allison; brother, Jerry Evans and wife Trula; many loving nieces and nephews, special grandpets and a host of special friends.

Funeral service will be conducted at 5 pm on Thursday, June 2, 2016 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Highway at Brooks Road) with interment in Cedar Grove Cemetery in Mt. Morris, Pennsylvania on Saturday, June 4, 2016. Friends may pay their respects on Thursday from 3-5 pm at the funeral home. Obituary on www.subfuneralhome.com
