Mr. W.C. "Butch" Lankford, Jr., age 71, of Louisville, KY returned to his Heavenly Father on Thursday, January 31, 2019. He was born on June 7, 1947 in Louisville, KY to the late W.C. Lankford, Sr. and Dorothy Thompson Lankford.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife of 43 years, Phyllis Lankford; children, W.C. “Butchie” Lankford, III and Jason Lankford; grandchildren, W.C. “Bubby” Lankford, IV, Payton Lankford and Angel Raypole; and sister, Ann Lankford.
Funeral service will be held on Sunday, February 3, 2019 at 5 p.m. in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) with cremation to follow. Friends may pay their respects on Sunday from 3 p.m. until the time of the service. www.subfuneralhome.com
