Wanda Lee Brown

Wanda Lee (Wilkinson) Brown, age 91, of Shepherdsville, Kentucky, returned to her Heavenly Father on Thursday, May 4, 2023. She was born in Rockport, Indiana on June 9, 1931. Wanda cherished being with her family, time spent with her brothers and sisters in Christ, and time spent outdoors enjoying God’s creation. She is preceded in death by her parents, Lloyd and Anna Wilkinson; husband, Elbert Brown; siblings, Charles Vernon Wilkinson, Glenn Irwin Wilkinson, Ellen June Wilkinson, Anna Mae Cotton, Nancy Lou Feest, Melvin Clyde Wilkinson, Jack Leroy Wilkinson,  and Gerald “Jerry” Nelson Wilkinson.

She leaves to cherish her memory her sons, Dale Wayne Norris (Gail), Victor Neil Norris (Alison); daughters, Cheryl Smith, Deborah A. Renfeldt (Robert); several grandchildren and great grandchildren; sister, Mary Kathleen Norman; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 13, 2023 at 2:00pm in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy at Brooks Rd) with burial to follow in Gospel Kingdom Campground Cemetery. Family and friends may pay their respects on Saturday, May 13, 2023 from 11:00am until the time of service at 2:00pm.
