Wendy Ann Whaley Smith

Mrs. Smith was a retired nurse for Parkway Rehab and Nursing Center.

Among those who preceded her in death include, her father, Windell Wayne Whaley.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, Donald Dewayne Smith; mother, Ruth Ann Whaley, daughters, Amanda Slone and Sarah Slone; sons, Joshua Cecil, Sr. (Tiffany), Carey Louis Cecil, Jr. and Chase Fields; grandchildren, Adam, Katie and Mason; sister, Michelle Duvall (Mike) and brother, Tony Whaley (Barbara).

Funeral service will be held 7:30 P.M. Sunday at Schoppenhorst Underwood and Brooks (Preston Highway at Brooks Road.) Interment will be 10:00 A.M. Monday at Penn Run Cemetery. Friends may pay their respects Sunday from noon until the time of service at Schoppenhorst.
