Wendy Kay Gray

Mrs. Wendy Kay (Clark) Gray, age 59, of Pioneer Village returned to her Heavenly Father on July 30, 2022. Mrs. Gray was born on October 27, 1962, in Louisville, KY to the late Edgar Clark and Kathleen (Davis) Richardson. She worked at Carrithers Middle School in the cafeteria and was a Baptist by faith. Among those that preceded her in death are her parents, stepfather, James Richardson; brother, David Clark; niece, Crystal Clark; and nephews, Timmy Lee Clark and Christopher Nelson.

She leaves to cherish her memory her loving husband of 39 years, Robert Gray; sister, Michelle Slayton (Shawn); brother, Timothy Clark (Donna); niece, Chelsey Slayton; nephews, James Shawn Richardson, Joshua Slayton, and Corey Clark; and sister-in-law, Donna Mutter (Jack).

Funeral service will be conducted at 2 pm on Friday, August 5, 2022, in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Highway at Brooks Road) with interment in Brookland Cemetery.
