Mr. William Kenneth Haney, age 63, of Fairdale, returned to his Heavenly Father on Thursday, September 21, 2017. Mr. Haney was born in Sturgis, KY on May 16, 1954 to the late Samuel K. and Anna Mae Haney. He served and retired from the United States Army.
Among those who preceded him in death include, his daughter, Marie Jackson and sister, Judy Jaggers.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his granddaughter, Samantha Jackson; brother, James Haney (Rita); sister, Jane Beauchamp (Levi); a host of nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, September 27, 2017 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) with burial at Brookland Cemetery. Family and friends may pay their respects on Tuesday from 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
