

Albert Norman Malone, age 87, of Lilburn, GA, passed away tragically on Monday, December 30, 2024. Norman was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, cherished by all who knew him.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Geneva Malone; his beloved wife, Peggy Malone; two sons, Dennis Malone and Kirk Malone; and grandson, Chauncey Malone.
Norman is survived by his sons and daughters-in-law: Kim and Terri Malone of Lawrenceville, GA; Keith and Anita Malone of Gainesville, GA; Kevin and Lisa Malone of Dacula, GA; and Kelly and Kimberly Malone of Lilburn, GA. He is also survived by his adored grandchildren: Chase Malone, Christopher Fowler, Taylor Malone, Kirklyn Bennett, Tristen Malone, Matthew Malone, Dalten Malone, Shelten Malone, and Reagan Malone. His great-grandchildren, who brought him immense joy, include Jackson Malone, Karly Malone, Eli Westbrook, Stella Heaton, Brooklyn Malone, Shelby Malone, Gaines Fowler, Lyle Fowler, Lucy Fowler, Ford Malone, and Brooks Malone.
Norman dedicated his life to his family, raising his six sons to be Godly men who love the Lord and continue to pass on his legacy of faith to his grandchildren. He loved spending time with his family, sharing stories, and creating lasting memories.
Norman had a passion for hunting Civil War relics with a metal detector and traveled extensively across the eastern United States pursuing this hobby. He also enjoyed restoring classic cars, including his prized 1956 Ford Thunderbird and 1950 Ford Crestliner, which he proudly showcased at car shows, often bringing home awards.
In the 1980s, Norman fulfilled a lifelong dream of learning to fly. After earning his pilot's license, he purchased a Cessna and spent time in the skies. He was a skilled TV repairman and entrepreneur, operating stores in Stone Mountain, Lilburn, Lawrenceville, Snellville, and Monroe throughout his career.
While his passing leaves a void, Norman's family takes comfort in knowing he is reunited in Heaven with his wife Peggy, sons Dennis and Kirk, and grandson Chauncey. His memory and the love he shared will sustain them in the days ahead.
The family would like to extend heartfelt gratitude to Terry South Dietrich for the exceptional care and love you gave to our Dad over the past three years. You were an angel in disguise to him, and your kindness will never be forgotten.
A visitation for Albert will be held Thursday, January 9, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Eternal Hills Funeral Home, 3594 Stone Mountain Highway, Snellville, GA 30039. A funeral service will occur Friday, January 10, 2025 from 1:00 PM at the Funeral Home with a committal will follow in Eternal Hills Memory Gardens.
