Carmel Catherine Joiner went to Heaven on July 10, 2017. Carmel was born in Galway, Ireland on June 5, 1937 to Mr. & Mrs. Michael O'Donnell. Carmel was wed to US Air Force 2nd Class Airman, Bobby S. Joiner on September 28th, 1957 in the Roman Catholic Church in London, England. They were blessed with two daughters, Colleen & Monica. Carmel loved dogs, gardening, helping others & listening and dancing to music. Carmel is survived by daughters Colleen Joiner Lazenby of Snellville and Monica K. Joiner of Lilburn, son in law, Woody Lazenby and her beloved therapy dog, "Charlie."
Visitation will be from 2-3 PM on Sunday, July 16 at Eternal Hills Funeral Home in Snellville. Graveside service & inurnment will follow in Eternal Hills Memory Gardens, Father Sunny of St. John Neumann Catholic Church will be officiating.
