Charlene D. Carty of Decatur, GA passed away January 11, 2018 in Atlanta, GA. She is survived by her mother, Julyn Carty and son, Justin D. Carty. Ms. Charlene Carty was the sister of Dexter, Tonya, Floyd and Vaughn. Charlene was the niece of Adelle, Linda, Glenda, Carl Jr., Eleanor, and Ronald as well as the cousin of Dirkson, Astii, Shaun, Patsy, Pamela, the McLean’s and Wilson’s.
