Cliff was born November 17, 1932 in Atlanta, GA to Arthur and Ruth (Greene) Ewing. He attended Georgia State University, and was a mortgage banker for over 45 years. On September 21, 1957, he married Jeannette W. Ewing. They raised three sons, David, Brad and Glenn.
He loved his dog, Baxter, who misses him very much. He enjoyed reading, and was an avid college and NFL football enthusiast. He was known for his quick wit, infectious smile, and his kind and compassionate spirit.
Cliff was preceded in death by his father, Arthur, his mother, Ruth, and his youngest son, Glenn. He is survived by his loving wife Jeannette, his sons, David Ewing (wife Elaine) and Brad Ewing (wife Susan), and his grandchildren, Carson and Cameron, and many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held Tuesday, December 8th, at Eternal Hills Memorial Gardens, 3700 Stone Mountain Hwy, Snellville, GA 30039 at 1:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, the family would request donations be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, Memphis, TN.
