Denver Allen Gray tragically passed away on November 28, 2019 at the age of 40; he lived a life full of people who loved and cared for him. He was born on July 10, 1979 in Dayton, Ohio. He is predeceased by his father, Robert Wilson Gray and is survived by his wife, Jennifer Gray, who he married on October 17, 1998. Denver is also lovingly remembered by his son, Jared Gray; two daughters, Julia and Isabell Gray; two brothers, Steve Gray and Robert Stidham; two sisters, April and Tabatha; his mother and stepfather, Robin and Dave Herres and 15 loving nieces and nephews.

Denver worked as a mechanic for the past 18 years at Custom Care Muffler and Brakes, where he touched many lives by helping anyone he could. He enjoyed watching his favorite football teams, the Detroit Lions and Georgia Bulldogs play every weekend and he enjoyed playing poker through the night with his buddies.

Denver always spoke the truth with the best of intentions and he touched everyone with his sense of humor and warm heart; everyone loved Denver because through everything he was a good man and had your back through thick and thin. A visitation will be held on Thursday, Dec. 5 at 12 PM at Eternal Hills Funeral Home, Snellville and a graveside service will follow at 2 PM in Eternal Hills Memory Gardens.

Dad, I will always love you and miss you.

Your loving son,

Jared Denver Gray

I knew Denver since 2006. I am so sad to hear he passed. He had a great sense of humor and made me laugh so many times. I had just spoken with him a couple of weeks ago about a mutual friend who also died too young. My prayers go to his wife and children.

As children we all hung out so much, you were always the life of our childhood. Even as we grew up and got older you were always so much fun. Just know even though you have left this life behind you are very much loved and missed by all who knew you. Your wife and children are in all our prayers. We love you cousin until we meet again.
Love your cousin Dawn
