We were so sorry to hear of your loss.  The thoughts of many are with you at this time of sorrow.

I will always remember Doris' compassion, patience, and guidance as a team leader on a mission trip to Antigua with SCC.  I was the youngest person in the group and looked to her for inspiration during the adventure.  Her loving spirit will stay forever with those who were blessed to have known her.  Love to Terry, Lauren, Tommy, and the rest of her family.

There is some celebrating going on in Heaven, for Doris is home! I am blessed to have known her, laughed with her, prayed with her, and shared with her. She loved Jesus most of all, but a close second was her family - she loved Terry, Lauren, and Tommy! She was so proud of both of you, Lauren and Tom - anyone who knew her knew that and knew how much she loved all of you! I will miss knowing she is here still doing His work, but I know there are many who are closer to Him because of her.

I remember Doris, always smiling and laughing. Her love and devotion to Terry, Lauren and Tommy, and to her Lord, was quiet but constant. We all will miss her. Blessed are you, my sister in Christ.

Terry, Tom and Lauren-Remember always how very much she loved you all and her words of encouragement. She could not have been more proud of her family. Her time with us was short, but her impact on all those she touched will be everlasting.

Sorry to hear about the passing of Doris.  Even though I never met her I know the sorrow of losing someone whom you love deeply.  But I have found that the Bible is a source of comfort and God really do care for us in hard times.  My prayers are with your family.

When we talked about Aunt Dori yesterday, our memories turned to how devoted she was to her family. So proud of her children, and a marriage that was nothing less than inspirational. Her patience and love for Harry.We thank God for using her faith and wisdom as a tool to lead Harry to the Lord. Our hearts are at rest knowing that you have made it home and we will meet again. We are proud to have known you, and called you ours.

Dear, Terry, Lauren, Thomas & Edith, I'm so sadden by the loss of Doris Alice.  She was such a great person, she loved her family so much, she was such a strong woman with such faith in God.  I see by her photo's she was surrounded by people that loved her.
