He was born on March 29, 1994 at Nashua Memorial Hospital, in Nashua, New Hampshire to Brandon Scott Smalls and Eva Maria Smalls. In 1995 his family moved to Stone Mountain Georgia where he lived until his untimely passing. Upon graduating from Stephenson High School in 2012, Evan worked at a number of jobs, which included Garage Door Repair, Papa John’s Pizza, and Quick Trip warehouse. Early in his life Evan enjoyed playing soccer at Wade Walker Park and swimming for the Lithonia Dolphins. He was a member of the football team at Stephenson Middle School, and the wrestling and track teams at Stephenson High School. Later in life he developed a love of weight lifting; which is what he was doing immediately preceding falling ill.
