Florence worked as a waitress at Mary Mac’s Tea Room in Atlanta for 39 years. She was an avid Atlanta Braves fan and will be remembered for the many lives she touched throughout her years in Atlanta and beyond.
For the last five years of her life, Florence made her home in Naples, Florida, with her son, Rick Patrick, and his partner, Robin Pickett.
Florence. is also survived by her daughter, Jean Ballew, and her husband, David; her daughter, Kelly Todd, and her husband, Jackie; her son, Brian Patrick, and his wife, Beth; four grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; her brother, Harry Dempsey; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Patrick; her mother, Freddie Dempsey; and her father, James Dempsey.
