Tex touched the lives of many. He was always ready with a quick joke to make anyone smile. If I could choose one word to describe Tex, I would choose the word Generous. He was generous with his heart and compassion, generous with his time, generous with his gift of cooking, and generous with his gift of gab and humor. Family was first in his life for they were the center of his heart. His memories will be cherished forever. Tex will be deeply missed by all.
Tex - rest in heavenly peace and joy with Our Lord Jesus Christ.

Tex and I met in college 40 years ago. Life dictated different paths and we lost contact over time. However that early friendship remarkably still holds true in my memory as Tex taught me that confidence lies in having courage in the effort to just go forward. I was an introverted young man back then and I am
forever appreciative for Tex’s encouragement instilling in me the belief I could do the impossible. What was a small moment back then, proved monumental in my future. Until we meet again, God bless my friend. Thank you!
