Mrs. Helen R. Dickins, 98, of Lawrenceville, Georgia, was united with her Heavenly Father, husband, parents, and siblings on April 1, 2022. She was born in Cook County to the late Michael A. Godwin and Mary A. Stone. She lived with her daughter, Cindy, and son-in-law, Lenn, for the past 18 years. She was a member of Sunrise Baptist Church and a retired bank teller at the Brand Bank in Lawrenceville, Georgia. Mrs. Dickins was a winsome soul who loved to give to those less fortunate, sing worship songs, listen to birds singing, and working in the yard.
Mrs. Dickins is survived by her two daughters, Deborah Edgar and Cynthia Ambanta, her son-in-laws, Charles Edgar and Leonard Ambanta, her three grandchildren, Adam Edgar, Leigh Edgar, and Ashlenn Von Wiegand, her great grandson, Jacob Edgar, and her great granddaughter due September 1, 2022.
