Janet Mogbonjubola Salimonu

It is with deep sorrow, yet with faith in God’s eternal promise, that we announce the passing to glory of our dearly beloved sister, mother, grandmother, and servant of God, Pastor (Dr.) Janet Mogbonjubola Salimonu ( Nee Oyekanmi) who went to be with the Lord in the early hours of Sunday, May 10, 2026 she was 63 years old.

Pastor Bola was a devoted child of God whose life reflected unwavering faith, love, compassion, and service to others. Through her prayers, kindness, and dedication to the work of God, she touched countless lives and leaves behind a legacy of grace, strength, and godliness.

She dedicated her life to her family, her faith, and her community. Pastor Bola found great joy in worship, uplifting others, and sharing the love of Christ with everyone she encountered.

She is survived by her mother, children, grandchild, brothers, sisters, and many loved ones whose lives were richly blessed by her presence. Though our hearts mourn this earthly loss, we rejoice in the assurance that she now rests peacefully in the presence of the Lord.

A Service of Songs will be held on Saturday, May 16, 2026, at Jubilee Christian Church International 701 Cole Dr SW Lilburn GA 30047 at 5:00 PM

A Homegoing Celebration will be held at Jubilee Christian Church International, 701 Cole Dr SW, Lilburn, GA 30047, US, on May 17, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm.

A Committal Service will follow at Eternal Hills Memory Gardens, 3700 Stone Mountain Highway, Snellville, GA 30039.
