John graduated from Osbourne High School in 1981. He worked for several place over the years including Six Flags over Georgia, Lockhead, GPC and most recently his dream job at Stone Mountain Park.
John is survived by his daughter Megan Bruce of Douglasville, sister Susan Hammer and husband David of Panama City, FL, niece Shelby Bruce, nephew William Bruce and many great nieces and nephews.
He loved the outdoors, history, the Civil War and spending time with family. John will be sorely missed by countless friends and family.
Services will be at a later date.
