She was born in Sayre, PA on July 3, 1933 to Cyril and Eva Lena Hedrick.
She married Ralph Jones, of Sayre, PA, on July 9, 1955.
A beloved mother and grandmother, she is survived by her daughter Susan Drake (John) of Monroe, GA and her son Terry Jones, of Monroe, GA; grandchildren Christopher Finch (Ashleigha), Tori Finch, Christopher Jones (Christina), Terry Jones, Jr., Benjamin Jones, Zachary Jones, Kathryn Woolen (Paul); and thirteen great grandchildren. Julia was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years and her daughter Dawn McCabe (Bill).
