

Lola Arline Heiser, age 89 died peacefully surrounded by family on June 12, 2011 following a long illness. Mrs. Heiser was a member of Grayson United Methodist Church and a previous member of First United Methodist Church for over 45 years where she was an active and involved member of the congregation. Her greatest accomplishments however, were being a loyal wife and a caring mother. She loved her family deeply and raised and nurtured them with kindness, humor, grace and dignity.
Predeceased by her husband, Robert F. Heiser and her oldest child, Karen L. Thurston, she is survived by two daughters, Linda Swope of Greenville, SC; Marcy and husband Lenny Franco of Tucker, GA; and one son, Robert F. Jr. and wife Karen Heiser. She is also survived by five grandchildren, Jennifer Harrison, Heather Miller, Elizabeth and her husband Jason Williamson, Charlie Franco and Jake Franco; and four great grandchildren, Morgan Miller, Alexandra Miller, Courtney Harrison and Rylan Williamson.
The funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 14, 2011 in Eternal Hills Chapel with Rev. Jim Reavis officiating. Interment will be at Eternal Hills Memory Garden alongside her husband. If anyone chooses, they may make donations to Compassionate Care Hospice at 4340 Georgetown Square, Suite 608, Atlanta, GA 30338. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. immediately prior to the funeral service at Eternal Hills Funeral Home, Snellville 770-872-3155.
