Mary Patricia Cross

Mary was born on October 7, 1935, to Frederick Ezell Martin and Florence Alberta Buford Martin in Pulaski, TN. Mary was a beloved wife to Raymond Cross, Jr. Both were devoted parents to their sons, Terrance and Barrett, and enjoyed traveling with the family and friends.

Throughout her life, Mary was a devout Christian, serving as a member of the Cleveland Street Baptist Church in Nashville, TN. She also ran a small childcare in her home for the children of friends and relatives, commencing in a "graduation" once the children started their formal education.

Mary will be deeply missed by Terrance Cross (son), Makenna Cross (granddaughter), Lucille Bugg (sister), Ricky Williams (Angela) (adopted son), nephews Steve Kimbrough (Donna), Jerry Kimbrough, Edward Martin, nieces Denise Kimbrough, Pam Bugg, Kim Bugg, Avis Littleton (Derek), Shelia Lewis (Mark), Lynn Martin and numerous friends.

Mary was preceded in death by Raymond Cross, Jr. (husband), Barrett Cross (son), Frederick and Florence Martin (parents), Ina Kimbrough (sister), Stella Pullen (sister), and Clarence Martin (brother).

Visitation will be held at Eternal Hills Funeral Home, 3594 Stone Mountain Highway, Snellville, GA 30039, US, on July 14, 2026, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am.

The Funeral Service will take place at Eternal Hills Funeral Home, 3594 Stone Mountain Highway, Snellville, GA 30039, US, on July 14, 2026, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm.

A Graveside Service will follow at Eternal Hills Memory Gardens, 3700 Stone Mountain Highway, Snellville, GA 30039, US, on July 14, 2026, from 12:00 pm to 12:30 pm.
