Mary June Snelson age 68 of Snellville GA passed away Thursday April 08, 2021. Mary June grew up in Acworth GA and graduated from North Cobb High School. After graduating high school, June went to work. Her employment began with Southern Bell, on to RCA and GE, then settling in to her current employment with Schneider-Electric, where she has been for many years.

June married the love of her life, William Lee Snelson, in September of 1977. They had a marriage that anyone could only hope for. Respectful, loving, and always by each others side, supporting one another through whatever came their way.

June enjoyed cooking, traveling, and spoiling... I mean spending time with her grandkids, godson, and nieces and nephews. June was someone you could always count on. She would always be there if you needed her help, her time, or just simply someone to talk to. She was truly a treasure to have in this world, and will be greatly missed until we see her again.

I have so many wonderful things to say about Nanny. She lived such a full life and had such a profound impact on me and most especially her 4 grandsons. Nanny loved without fault, made us laugh, we cried together, celebrated together...she always knew the right thing to say to help me and countless others. She LOVED her grandsons SO much. They were her pride and joy. She was a 2nd Mom to me. She and Poppa were there for so much over 25 years. Disney, Pascagoula, Snellville, countless deployments...I love you so much Nanny. Thank you Nanny and Poppa. Please continue to watch over us. <3

June was such a pleasure to work with! I was truly blessed when we became teammates. She would always go above and beyond to help anyone she could and her great sense of humor was priceless. I will always remember how she would love to tell us all a joke in our team meetings. She will truly be missed by many! Rest in Peace my Friend!

I had the chance to have June in my team for a couple of years and as many have already said it, she was a hard worker, she was reliable, and we could always count on her to deliver excellent results. But aside from work, we bonded very quickly as June was not only kind and patient, but she was also very witty and had a great sense of humor. We laughed quite a bit over the phone, and that is why we kept in touch even after we were no longer part of the same team. I'm truly sorry I never got the chance to meet June face to face, she will be deeply missed.
My condolences to all of June's family and friends. May she rest in peace.

June was such a warm hearted, wonderful and thoughtful person. She always had a kind word to say and often put everyone's needs before her on. She was like a caring mother to us all at the Atlanta Service Depot and will be greatly missed. She had a special way of making anyone feel welcomed and a sense of humor that always left your sides aching from laughter. Our condolences and prayers go out to the family. May God continuously bless and keep all of you.

Please accept my condolences. My heart aches thinking she was taken too soon. She will be sorely missed at Square D/ Schneider Electric where she touched many hearts by being the easily approachable, instantly likeable, and most dependable coworker one could ever ask for. May you rest in peace June.

There is so much to say about June that I really don't know where to begin. June came into my life when I married her nephew Chris in 1989. I had no idea at that time just how much of a big part of my life she would be. She is one of the most kindest, thoughtful, and beautiful persons I have ever met. She has always been there for me no matter what I was going through. I can only hope that I will even be half the influence to my nieces and nephews lives, as she has been in my life. She truly is my BFF and I miss her so much, but I know we will see each other again someday....and I can't wait.
