Nina Jeanette Bradshaw McCance, born June 16, 1932 in New Orleans, LA, passed away January 7, 2023 in Grayson, GA. She was preceded in death by her parents Edward and Hazel Bradshaw, sister Norma Bradshaw Henderson, and granddaughter Andrea Michelle McCance.
“Mama J” will be remembered as a fabulous cook and hostess who made every occasion special. Christmas Eve gatherings were particularly noteworthy! After her boys left home, she discovered her artistic talent and flourished as a painter and maker of stained glass.
Jeanette is survived by Chuck, her husband of 70 years, her four sons, Tad (Martha), Dan (Denise), Pat (Machele), and Kelly (Jan), eight grandchildren, and six great grandchildren.
Jeanette will be greatly missed by the many friends and family members whose lives she touched.
A private funeral service for Jeanette was held on Thursday, January 12, 2023 at 1:00 PM at Eternal Hills Funeral Home Chapel, 3594 Stone Mountain Highway, Snellville, Georgia 30039. Jeanette was laid to rest at Eternal Hills Memory Gardens in Snellville, Georgia.
