Patricia Ann Griswold

Patricia was known for her warm smile, kind heart, and unwavering willingness to listen whenever someone needed a friend. Her compassion, generosity and caring spirit touched the lives of countless family members, friends and neighbors throughout her life.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Harold Griswold, and her sons Peter Griswold, Christopher Griswold, Mark Griswold, Toby Griswold, Patrick Griswold, her brother and sisters Peg O'Brien, Bob O'Brien, and Sally Ivory.

Patricia leaves behind a loving family who will cherish her memory forever, including John Griswold (s-Gwen), Candi Alphonso (s-Gordon), TJ Griswold (s-Beth), Andrea Perez (s-Jeff), and Alanna Bird (s-Speight). She is also survived by more than 30 grandchildren and great grandchildren, all of whom brought her immense pride and joy.

Patricia’s departure leaves a void in the hearts of those who knew and loved her, but her legacy of kindness, strength and unconditional love will live on through the many lives she touched.

A funeral service celebrating Patricia’s life and honoring her memory will be held on Friday September 4th at 11am at Dignity Memorial chapel in Snellville, GA, followed by a gravesite service.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the St. Vincent de Paul Society or St. Jude Children’s Research hospital in Patricia’s memory.

Though she is no longer with us, Patricia’s beautiful smile, gentle presence and loving spirit will be forever remembered and deeply missed.
