

Peggy Lennette Dishroon, 86, of Loganville, Georgia, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on August 25, 2025. Born on September 13, 1938, in Tucker, Georgia, Peggy lived a life marked by faith, strength, and deep devotion to her family.
She was the beloved daughter of the late Charles and Christine Morris, and a proud Christian whose faith guided her each day. Peggy worked for many years as a transportation driver for the State of Georgia. She was dedicated and hardworking, always striving to create a secure future for her loved ones. Her independence, determination, and thoughtful planning left a lasting example for her family.
Peggy lived life to the fullest and found joy in many pursuits. She was an enthusiastic participant of T.O.P.S., the Red Hat Society, and the local 4-H Club. She loved crafting and sewing, traveling and cruising to countries around the world, and always delighted her family and friends with postcards from her journeys. Independent and strong-willed, Peggy’s independence was matched by the kindest, most thoughtful, and most generous heart. She will be remembered for her selfless love, always putting others first and never wishing to be a burden.
She is survived by her daughter, Phoebe Dishroon; granddaughter, Kimberly Corentin and her husband Matthew; sister, Mary Jane MacLeod and her husband Steve, brother, Charles Morris and his wife Nancy, great-grandsons, Logan Hunter Fuller and Ethan Cole Fuller and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Peggy was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Christine Morris, and her beloved grandson, Jonathan Kyle Williams, with whom she will be laid to rest.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, from 6:00–8:00 p.m. at Eternal Hills Funeral Home, 3594 Stone Mountain Hwy, Snellville, GA 30039. The funeral service will be on Wednesday, September 3, 2025, at 3:00 p.m., in the Eternal Hills Funeral Home Chapel. Committal services will take place at Eternal Hills Memory Gardens immediately following the funeral.
Peggy’s legacy of love, kindness, and independence will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
