Phyllis Renea Tafazoli, age 64, of Augusta, passed away September 5, 2026 after her long battle with Multiple Sclerosis. She was a devoted mother, wife, daughter and loving grandmother who lived her life with a steadfast and unshakable faith. She will be greatly missed and will live on in our hearts forever.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Majid Tafazoli and her father, Gerald Green. Surviving are her daughters and son-in-laws, Mariam and Corey Baxter and Sara and Andrew Head, both of Augusta; granddaughters, Nora Baxter (11), Naomi Baxter (9), Noelle Baxter (7), Janie Head (7), Sadie Head (5), Laila Head (2); mother, Irene Greene; siblings, Kenny (Becky) Green, Sharon (Phil) Ricks, Bryson (Sue Lyn) Green; Brother-In-Law, Massoud (Cathy) Tafazzoli; nieces and nephews, Andrew Ricks , Austin (Christina) Ricks, Kalie Green, Karris Green, Hagan Green, Matthew (Kelley)Tafazzoli, Laila (Vinny) Orlando.
Visitation with the family will be held Friday, September 11th at Eternal Hills Funeral Home located at 3594 Stone Mountain Highway, Snellville, GA 30039, beginning at 11:00 am with the funeral service to follow at 12:00 pm
