With heavy hearts, we bid farewell to a phenomenal woman, Rushie Mae Simmons. A devoted mother of four extraordinary children and a cherished grandmother to four magnificent grandchildren, Rushie's love and impact reverberate through generations.

Rushie's spirit radiated a profound connection with the Mighty Lord she worshipped. Her voice soared in hymns of devotion, her service reflected boundless dedication, and her faith illuminated the path for those blessed to know her.

Known for her spirited personality, Rushie had a way of making everyone feel like family. She never met a stranger, offering warm hugs and kisses that spoke volumes about her boundless love. Her laughter was a symphony of joy, echoing through the hearts of all fortunate enough to share in her contagious merriment.

Rushie's smile was a beacon, capable of lighting up even the darkest corners of a room. Her genuine, unrestrained laughter brought warmth and comfort to all who had the privilege of experiencing it. She approached life with resilience, facing challenges with unwavering strength, and fought for every moment until the very end.

As we say our goodbyes, let us remember Rushie not with tears, but with gratitude for the immense joy, love, and inspiration she brought into our lives. May she rest in eternal peace, surrounded by the love she so freely gave.
