Wesley Goldsmith was a kind man, he was a hard worker and he loved his family. He always had a little smile going on, and it made me feel that  maybe when he was younger, he may have been just a little ornery!

He was always good to my girls and me, he will be missed. 

Tim, Jamie and Family,

I am so sorry that you all lost this lovely man. I have been in Maine on vacation or I would have been there. I’m sure he knew how loved he was by you all. The coming days will be lonely, but I know you made great memories.

I worked for Wes back in the day when the family was living in Terre Haute, Indiana. They ran a small furniture store. I lived down the road from the family and became friends with Jamie and Rob. I eventually went to work for Wes delivering the furniture in and around the town. We had many chats while delivering. I loved his accent, his wit and his manner. I learned how to move furniture the easy way.

I looked up to him as my father died when I was young. He was pretty easy going and had a good ear.   I'll never forget the memories of hanging with the Goldsmiths. My heart goes out to Jamie and Rob and the family.  May he rest in peace...he's earned it.
