My prayers are with Claire and the rest of the family. William was a first cousin of mine. Growing up together in northern Indian we always called him Ernie and I don't know why. So sorry I Had lost track of him for so many years. As snowbirds we go through Ga often and it's shameful we never took the time to stop in and see him and his family. However, we shall see him soon! PTL!

We knew Bill, or Mr. Bill as we called him , through his wife Claire. He always seemed to have a smile on his face. Loved her and his children and Alexis! We thought Bill could fix anything. If he couldn’t, he sure fooled us. He will be missed by many including us. Our condolences to his family! You all will be in our prayers. One thing for sure, Mr. Bill is with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Our comfort is in knowing that if we accept Christ, we will see him again. And Mr. Bill is whole and healed- no more pain! Love to you Claire.

Bill it was an honor to work with you and proud to call you my friend , thanks for all the great stories and taking the time to always to listen to mine . Bill always wanted to know what new things I had found in my hobby of searching for old bottles around the park and many time gave me small gifts to add to my collection , he was so generous. Until we meet again every hunt will be in your honor . Rest In Peace my friend .

Our brother in law Bill will be missed by many, expecially his family. He loved life, and the Lord Jesus.
After 20 years, retiring from the United States Air Force, Bills passion was golf, and working on Volkswagen's. He had a giving heart and was a people pleaser.
Bill loved his last place of employment at Stone Mountain Park, he worked as a Park Ranger for fifteen years.
Bill, rest in peace until the day the Lord Jesus returns and calls you up to meet Him in the clouds, on resurrection day.

My name is Eric Bauman and I am a police officer who worked with Bill through Stone Mountain Park DPS. He was always very cordial and kind when working with him and seeing each other in passing. He will be deeply missed seeing around at the park when working events and was a big part to the SMP DHS family. Take care, and God bless!

Steve wells, I worked with Bill at Stone Mountain Park, for fifteen years or more. He was a very unique individual, who was very passionate about his job and even greater for people. Bill always took very good care of park visitors and showed that he cared about people. He never met a stranger. I lost my dad four years ago. BILL and I had a father son relationship. I talked to him because he really listened. I will truly miss him. I hope to see him again someday. God Rest His Soul!

Bill was a very kind person and I will always remember the talks we shared about our love of the Atlanta Braves. Bill cared a lot about the people he worked with and he will be missed. See you again buddy.

I worked with Bill at Stone Mountain Park. I was a Skyride conductor and spent a lot of time chatting with Bill. He was my favorite ranger. We had very similar views on life. He was very proud of his family and loved them dearly. He was a teddy bear at heart. I will miss him very much.
My deepest respect and sympathy to you🙏❤️
