Zachary Wayne “Hoss” Fleming was born in Atlanta, GA on May 26, 1991 to Gary and Sandy Fleming. Hoss passed away unexpectedly at the young age of 26 on Saturday, September 23, 2017 while residing in Snellville, Ga. He is survived by his parents, Gary and Sandy Fleming, brother, Clyde (the family dog), maternal grandmother, Gartha Field, several aunts, uncles, cousins, second cousins and many, many friends.
Hoss enjoyed fishing, disc golf, cooking and spending time with his family and friends. He had an infectious smile and a kind, old soul. He brought joy and comfort to many people; he will be missed by all.

Please join the family and friends for a celebration of his life on Saturday, October 7, 2017 at 2:00 pm at Eternal Hills Funeral Home in Snellville, Ga. There will be a small reception and visitation following the service.
