Angela was born in July 18, 1947 in Pontelatone, Italy, the daughter of the late Giovanni and Lucia (Sabina) Mercaldi.

Her funeral will be held on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at 8:15 a.m. from the DellaVecchia Funeral Home, 211 N. Main St., Southington, to St. Dominic Church, 1050 Flanders Rd., Southington, for a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:00 a.m. Burial will follow in St. Thomas Cemetery, where she will be laid to rest beside her beloved husband, Guarino. Calling hours will be held on Monday, September 7, 2026, from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
