Ann J. Meccariello

Southington - Ann J. Meccariello, 87, of Tracy Ca., a former longtime resident of Southington, passed away on Thursday, March 30, 2006 in Tracy, CA. She was the wife of the late Lawrence C. Meccariello, Sr.

Born in New Britain, a daughter of the late Jacob and Mary Bartkowski. Prior to her retirement, she worked as a motor and circuit board inspector. She was a devout member of both St. Thomas Church and St. Peter?s Church in Las Vegas. Recently, and prior to her decline in health, she attended St. Bernards Church in Tracy, CA.

She is survived by her three sons, Lawrence, Jr. and his wife Wendy of W. Springfield, MA, David and his wife Kim of Tracy, CA and James of Sturbridge, MA, three grandchildren and several great grandchildren, and a sister, Betty Rode of Newington.

The Funeral will be held on Friday, April 7, 2006 at 9:15 a.m. from the DellaVecchia Funeral Home, 211 N. Main St., Southington to St. Thomas Church at 10 a.m. for a mass. Burial will be in St. Thomas Cemetery. There are no calling hours.
