Born on June 5, 1937, in Southington, Anthony was the son of the late Michael and Pasqualina (DiNello) Milo Sr. Known to many as "Tony," he served honorably in the Army National Guard and was a proud 1957 graduate of H.C. Wilcox Technical High School in Meriden.
A talented craftsman and visionary, Tony began his career as a framer before founding his own company, A. Milo Builders, in 1964. Through his dedication and skill, he helped shape the landscape of Southington and its surrounding communities—his legacy living on in the many homes he built with care and pride.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Tony found joy in life’s simple pleasures. He loved working on jigsaw puzzles and had a passion for classic cars, always eager to share his enthusiasm with friends and family.
In addition to his devoted wife Elizabeth, Tony leaves behind a loving family: daughters Lisa Milo DiTullio and Sue Milo Morelli, both of Southington; grandchildren Jacci Robinson, Ricci DiTullio, Eric, and Matthew Morelli; and great-grandchildren Shay, Stella, Stone, and Leo. He is also survived by his brother Joseph Milo and wife Gerry of Plantsville, sister-in-law Ann Milo of Southington, and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother Michael Milo Jr. and his beloved dog Coco.
Calling hours will be held on Thursday, May 29th from 4 to 7 PM at the DellaVecchia Funeral Home, 211 N. Main St., Southington. Services and burial will be privately held for the family.
Anthony will be remembered for his unwavering work ethic, steadfast love for his family, and the lasting impact of the homes he built. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
