Beryl Kozlowski

She was the wife of Leon J. Kozlowski Jr. were married for 55 years and were the proud parents of four loving children.

Beryl was born in New Britain on October 17, 1939 and was the daughter of the late Milton and Vivian ?Betty? (Martineaux) Francis.

Beryl was a graduate of Southington High School. She worked for Woodmere Convalescent Home in Plantsville and later worked for Tower Farms Nursery in Cheshire, where she developed a passion for flower gardening that showed in her beautiful home and gardens.

Besides her loving husband Leon of Southington, she is survived by her daughter April Small and her husband Dennis of Oakfield, ME, son Mark Kozlowski and his wife Joletta of Townsend, VT sisters Sharon Pernal and her husband Edward and Carolyn DeRosa all of Southington.

Beryl was blessed with six grandchildren whom she loved dearly. Kaitlin Small, Karla, Kyle and Kaleb Kozlowski, Kaysha Chapman and Rebecca Kozlowski, two great grandchildren, Isabella Kozlowski and Aubree Chapman. They were a very important part of her life, and in spite of her debilitating illness she always strived to keep them close, providing her full love and support. She is also survived by many special nieces and nephews. Beryl was predeceased by her twin sons Todd and Peter Kozlowski.

Graveside services will be held at the Immaculate Conception Cemetery, South End Rd. at 9:30 AM on Saturday, August 4th. Visitation will be on this Friday from 6-8 pm at the DellaVecchia Funeral home 211 N. Main St. Southington.
