Cathryn Lynn Farrell

Born in Waterbury on June 27, 1964, she was the daughter of Alice (St. Mary) Regan of Wolcott and Thomas Regan of Waterbury. She was raised in Wolcott, attending the local schools, and had resided in Danbury before moving to Naugatuck three years ago. She was employed for many years at the Sheraton and HELP Inc in Waterbury as a food director.

Cathy considered her family as her most valuable asset and devoted many hours to family gatherings. She found great joy in many skillful craft projects resulting in gifts and mementos that all family members will cherish forever. To the world you are one person, to one person you are the world.

Besides her beloved husband and her parents, she is survived by a daughter Krystle and her husband Stephen Cassidy of Wolcott, a sister Laurie Monroe of Wolcott, brothers Thomas Regan and his fiancée Cheryl LeMay of Newington, Raymond and his wife Charmayne Regan of Wolcott, her precious grandchildren Stephen and Briella Cassidy, Michael Heron, Avery Nelson, Justice Farrell, her step children Deborah Nelson and her husband Steve, Michelle Heron, David and Jonathan Farrell, her Goddaughter Jessica Monroe, her nephews Tommy Regan, Gary Monroe and Colby Regan, Several Markham and Michaud step children and numerous aunts and uncles as well as her precious pets Savanna and PJ.

Funeral Mass will be on Monday 10 a.m. at St. Vincent Ferrer Church 1006 New Haven Rd. in Naugatuck. Everyone is asked to meet directly at the church. Burial will follow in St. James Cemetery in Naugatuck. Calling hours are Sunday from 4 to 8 p.m. at the DellaVecchia Funeral Home 690 Woodtick Rd. in Wolcott.
