Cecile M. Camisa

Cecile was born on June 7, 1947 , in Lewiston , ME., she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Theresa (Levigne) Gagnon. Cecile was a graduate of New Britain High School class of 1965. She was a Southington resident since 1983 a parishioner of St. Thomas Church.

Cecile enjoyed her life as a homemaker and gardener. She was a devoted wife, mother and cherished her grandson.

Besides her husband Dominick of 37 years, she is survived by her daughter Sharon Camisa of Southington, a son Aldo Camisa and his wife Melissa of San Antonio, TX., her cherished grandson Tyler Camisa of Southington,                                        brothers Jerry, Arthur Jr., and Michael Gagnon, a sister Georgette Bennett of Plantsville along with several nieces and nephews.

A Memorial mass will be held on Wednesday August 29 at 10:30 AM at St Thomas Church 99 Bristol St. in Southington. Internment will be in St. Thomas Cemetery. Calling hours are Tuesday from 5 to 7 PM at the DellaVecchia Funeral Home 211 N. Main St. Southington. Donations may be made in her memory to St. Jude Children?s Research Hospital 332 N.
