Born in Waterbury on September 5, 1937, she was the daughter of the late Jerome and Helen (Lucian) Albino. She was a school teacher for many years at Frisbie School in Wolcott. She also resided in Lancaster, PA, Waterbury, and Naples, ME.
Charlotte was survived by her daughter Charmayne Regan with whom she resided and her son-in-law the late Raymond Regan, her grandson Colby Jerome Regan, two brothers Jerome P. Albino and his wife Lynn, William Albino and his wife Rosemary all of Wolcott, and several nieces and nephews.
Charlotte’s family would like to thank the staff of VITAS Innovative Care Hospice for the care she received.
