Dear Miller family and friends, the loss of your beloved Danielle is impossible to truly understand. I was lucky enough to be one of Danielle’s sixth grade teachers at JFK. Danielle was always the kind, thoughtful student who enjoyed helping others. She had a great sense of humor and a kind-heart. Our world has lost a shining star. You all,as well as Danielle, are in my prayers. :heartpulse:

My deepest condolences goes out to your family.my was broken when I received the news of such tragedy.Dani was , young,kind ,fun loving,always willing to help anyone .Dani worked harder achieving her goals and making her dream come true.I do recall one day I was working at the plainvile Lowe's,Dani came in to say hello and she was so proud to point out that she drove her state police car ,I gave her a big hug andtold her proud I was of her making her dream come true Dani you will always be in my heat and never forgotten Love ya girl.

The memory I have of Dani was when we used to work together at Lowe's Home Improvement.
She was a very outgoing and loving person inside and out.  I remember one time she went rock climbing one day and she came into work with a busted up ankle from falling off the rocks. But that bummed ankle did not stop her.
Also, when Me, Dani and my niece went to a RockCats game that was so much fun.  She is going to be missed DEARLY.  Love you baby girl we will meet again,

Dani you could have been my daughter, I have never met you in person but you served and protected my state. Our spirits have met and you left us in good spirits. Rick, so sorry to hear of the tragic loss of your granddaughter, you and your family have my most heartfelt condolences. May she be in peace.

We had only met Dani for 1 hour on a police matter. She came across as a vibrant enthusiastic women, full of life and looking toward the future. She made us feel like family and that we knew her forever. Her passing came as a shock to everyone, too young ,too soon. We felt like we lost a family member. I can't imagine the sorrow in her family. Our sincere condolences to her family. May Dani rest in peace and God Bless

First of all, I want to send a deeply heart-felt condolences to the family of this phenomenal human-being who left us way too soon. Just like you, with heart too heavy and thoughts so deep, I am still struggling to make sense of this unexpected loss. I worked side-by-side with this young lady at BJDC before she left us to join the State Police academy. During one of our conversations, she was so up-beat and hopeful about her chances of a successful academy no matter how challenging it would be. She graduated with that class of 2014 and went on to serve the State of Connecticut with the same level of class and dignity she always displayed at the Bridgeport Juvenile Detention Center as a Juvenile Detention Officer (JDO) I really missed her when she left BJDC, but I knew she moved on to bigger and better things; to that extent, I was very happy for Dani. Now that she's gone from this sinful world, only God knows how much I am going to miss her, but I will embrace the consolation of knowing that she is In a better place.....with God and his angels and saints. She's up there now, beaming with the same beautiful smile she always displayed with pride. May God rest her soul and give the family the strength to cope with this loss.....Amen!
