David is survived by a brother, Jeffrey Bishop and his wife Dyanna of Bristol and a sister Linda Denton and husband Keith of Richfield Springs, NY; he also leaves several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. He was predeceased by a brother Carl “Billy” Bishop.
David enjoyed visiting family and friends in New Hampshire, seeing movies with his friend April and he enjoyed crafts and gardening. He also loved rescuing cats and made several his companions.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, August 29, 2014 at 11 a.m. at the Oak Hill Cemetery, Southington. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to an animal rescue organization of your choice.
