David Parrotti

He was born March 27, 1961 in Staten Island, NY the son of Rose (Errichiello) Parrotti of Staten Island and the late Anthony Parrotti.

David received his Bachelor of Science degree from St. John’s University in 1984 and his Physician’s Assistant (PA) certification from Bayley Seton School concurrently.

He was a PA for Connecticut Children’s Medical Center in the Neo Natal ICU at Waterbury Hospital and in the pediatric emergency room in Hartford.

David was a care-taker in every sense of the word. He cared for his family, garden, co-workers, patients, YMCA buddies and his best friend and dog Zingetta. He was full of life and personality; his passion, enthusiasm and expressions left a positive impression on everyone he met. He was a great man who knew what was important. He was never afraid to be himself or have his own opinion.

In addition to his wife and mother he is survived by a son Matthew D. Parrotti of Brooklyn, NY and a daughter Corinne N. Parrotti of Southington; a sister Barbara Hansen of Staten Island, NY along with brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, other relatives and countless friends. He also leaves behind his beloved dog Zingetta.

The Funeral will be Friday, 9:15 a.m. from the DellaVecchia Funeral Home, 211 N. Main St, Southington to St. Dominic Church , 1050 Flanders Rd. Southington for a Mass at 10 a.m. Burial will be at St. Thomas Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 4 pm- 8pm and Friday 8:30 -9:00 a.m. at the DellaVecchia Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Susan G.
