Born in Waterbury on March 18, 1944, he was the son of the late Albert and Angeline (Veneziano) Tulacro. He graduated from Wolcott High School and was a retired employee of the Timex Corp. In his later years he worked as a home health aid for Allied Home Care.
Don enjoyed cooking, dancing and his weekly lunch and shopping with his sister Christine.
Don is survived by his brothers Al and his wife Cynthia) Tulacro of Wolcott, Fred and his wife Susan Tulacro of CA, his sister Christine Natelle of Wolcott and several nieces and nephews.
