She was born July 16, 1922 in Waterbury, daughter of the late Joseph and Florence Costante. She had been a hairdresser in salons in Sandy Hook and Hartford and later worked at G.E. in Plainville.
Besides her husband she is survived by several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by a brother Nicholas and a sister Emma.
The Funeral will be held Monday 9:45 a.m. from DellaVecchia Funeral Home, 211 N. Main St. Southington to St. Thomas Church at 10:30 a.m. for a mass. Burial will be at St. Thomas Cemetery. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her memory to the Main Street Community Foundation, 200 Main St. P.O. Box 2702, Bristol, CT 06010.
