

Florence is survived by her children John M. Harrington and wife Teri of Meriden and Nancy Krafcik-Rousseau, Ph.D., and her husband Henry Rousseau, her grandchildren Ryan and Jack Harrington, Michael, Elizabeth, and David Krafcik and Ken Rousseau. She also leaves 2 sisters Rose Marchetti and Jane Gabriel and many nieces and nephews.
She is predeceased by her grandson Mathew Harrington and a sister Vincenza Krafcik and a brother Frank Testa.
She was born in Southington on August 21, 1928, the daughter of Giovanni and Maria (Lavorgna) Testa. She graduated from the American School for the Deaf in 1947 and was employed at National Fire Insurance Company. She married to John P. Harrington of New Jersey on November 24, 1951.
Florence was an accomplished cook and loved doing crafts. She was an avid dog lover and animal supporter. However her greatest love was for her family. She will always be remembered for her beautiful smile and kind and gentle disposition.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, Jan. 23rd at 10:30 am at St. Thomas Church, 99 Bristol St. Southington. Burial will be at St. Thomas Cemetery. Calling hours will be held on Friday morning from 8-10 am at the DellaVecchia Funeral Home, 211 N. Main St. Southington.
