Born in Waterbury on July 1, 1918 he was the son of the late Henry and Alice Donais. He served in the US Army during WWII and was a member of the VFW Post 1979 in Wolcott. For over forty years he was a driver for Darcey Transportation and a member of the Teamsters Union Local 677. He was also a member of the Franco American Social Club and a parishioner of St. Anne Church.
All funeral services were private.
